Bianco Damigiana En

This golden wine is produced with Trebbiano d’Abruzzo grapes, from the “la Salita” vineyard of Loreto Aprutino. The wine then ages in 54-litre demijohns for the whole winter, undergoing two decantings on a waning moon. It is bottled in the traditional way in early March to favor the malolactic fermentation in the bottle in order to imprison all the distinctive features of the territory in the glass.
