Bianco La Salita En

This white wine is produced with Trebbiano d’Abruzzo grapes from the “la Salita” vineyard of Loreto Aprutino. The wine then refines in glass resin containers for the whole winter undergoing two decantings in the waning moon. It is bottled in the traditional way in early March to favor malolactic fermentation in the bottle in order to imprison all the distinctive features of the territory in the glass.
