Rosato Damigiana En

This Rosato is produced with Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes, from the San Desiderio vineyard. The wine then ages in 54-litre demijohns for the whole winter, undergoing two decantings on a waning moon. It is bottled in an artisanal way in early March to favor the malolactic fermentation in the bottle in order to imprison all the distinctive features of the territory in the glass.
