Rosato La Salita En


This rosé wine is made with grapes from the vineyard we call “la Salita” of Loreto Aprutino. The wine is aged throughout the winter in old barriques. Decanted twice on a waning moon. It is bottled in the traditional way in early March to favor malolactic fermentation in the bottle so as to imprison all the distinctive features of the territory in the glass.
